仕事内容:
建設業界向けのデータ分析プラットフォーム開発におけるテックリードとしてご活躍いただきます。
フルスタックエンジニアとしての実装リードに加え、5名程度のチームマネジメント、クライアントとの調整、開発体制の整備など幅広くご担当いただきます。
■主な業務内容
- Ruby on Rails を用いたフルスタック開発のリード
- メンバーの成果物レビュー、進捗・工数管理
- クライアントとのコミュニケーション/仕様調整
- 開発体制の改善・新規運用構築
- 必要に応じた技術選定やドキュメント整備
