仕事内容:

SNS広告を通じて、企業の採用や集客課題を解決する業務を担当します。

・SNS広告に関する電話やダイレクトメッセージでのアプローチ

・採用や集客に関する現状や悩みのヒアリング

・広告開始後の投稿内容や配信スケジュールに関する運用サポート

・配信結果の簡単な数値整理とレポート共有

・継続的なコミュニケーションによるフォロー提案と関係構築

顧客に寄り添いながら、長期的な支援につなげていくポジションです。

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜19:00

実働8時間、休憩1時間
