The Role
We are seeking a Aska Head of Partnerships to lead our international brand development and sponsorship strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic collaborations with brands, agencies, institutions, and corporate sponsors.
This position requires a driven, multilingual professional with a proven track record in global business development and partnership management — ideally within the entertainment, fashion, or luxury sectors.
ResponsibilitiesLead global partnership initiatives across multiple markets in Asia.Secure brand deals, sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and grants aligned with company objectives.
Develop and execute regional partnership strategies to expand brand presence and revenue streams.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, media networks, NGOs, and government entities.
Negotiate and oversee partnership contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, legal, finance) to ensure successful execution of partnership campaigns.
Track, report, and optimize partnership performance to maximize impact and profitability.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and virtual meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Fluency in at least TWO Asian languages ie. Korea, Japan, Chinese etc
Minimum 5 years' experience in partnership development, sponsorship sales, or business development.
Demonstrated success in securing large-scale brand deals or sponsorships across multiple countries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
Exceptional organizational and relationship management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in entertainment, luxury, fashion, or creative industries.
Familiarity with grant writing, CSR programs, or public-private partnerships.
Background in global marketing, business development, or brand strategy.
Schedule & CompensationHours:
Full-time, remote (flexible across time zones).
Compensation:
$80,000 – $150,000 USD annually + performance-based commissions.
