【仕事内容】

同社の証券事業ではBaaS(Brokerage as a Service)と呼ばれる証券ビジネスプラットフォームを提供しています。BaaSを用いることで、既存ネット証券が提供する典型的な証券サービス、ロボアドやテーマ株といった証券サービスを容易に構築できます。

BaaSは汎用的に設計された証券業務システムで、BaaS上で証券サービスを開発することで開発費用を80~90%削減することが可能です。

FinatextはBaaSを用いて複数の大手企業パートナーとプロダクトを連続的にリリースするフェーズに入っています。それに際して、エンジニア組織の拡大を行っており、証券プロダクトの立ち上げからグロースまでを牽引してくれるサーバーサイドエンジニアを求めています。また、BaaSの開発にはまだまだチャレンジングな課題がたくさんあり、プロダクトの開発と同時にBaaSを改善していくこともサーバーサイドエンジニアの責任範囲です。

【具体的には】

・プロダクトの要件定義/仕様作成/工数見積

・システム設計

・サーバーサイド実装

・テスト設計/実装

・AWS上でのTerraformを用いたインフラの構築・保守

【開発環境】

・Amazon Web Services ・Terraform

・Docker ・Alpine Linux、 Amazon Linux

・Go (echo) ・Kotlin(Spring Boot)

・Ruby (Ruby on Rails) ・MySQL (Aurora) ・Redis (ElastiCache)

【求める人材】

【いずれか必須】

・クラウド上での簡単なインフラ構築経験

・静的型付け言語(Java、Go、Scalaなど)でのサーバーサイド開発経験

・テストケースの作成と、テストの実装経験

【歓迎】

・Go、Kotlinでの開発経験

・大規模ユーザーを持つサーバーサイドアプリケーションの開発・運用経験

・パフォーマンス最適化についての知識

・オフショア開発もおこなっているので日常会話レベルの英語力

【給与】

年収700~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
