仕事内容

  • 仕事内容

Salesforceをはじめとしたクラウドシステムの講師として、当社社員および顧客企業向けのトレーニングを担当していただきます。

現在はオンラインでの授業が中心ですが、今後は月に数回程度、お客様先での対面トレーニングにより出張が発生する可能性もあります。

・Salesforce認定講師として自社や顧客先で登壇(講師としての授業)

・その他クラウドシステムのトレーニング

・トレーニングコースの開発

・顧客向けのカスタムトレーニングを企画&研修

要件をヒアリングして、顧客の環境にあわせた独自のトレーニングを行うこともあります。

チームで相談しながらお客様にあわせたトレーニング内容やマニュアルを考え、提供(登壇)しています。

社内メンバーの教育も行っていますので、事業部や人事部とカリキュラムの作成を行います。

また、トレーニングコースも今後増やしていきますので、ご自身の「こういうトレーニングを開講したい」といった意見を言うことも可能です。

  • 入社後のトレーニングについて

まず「人前で話す」「ファシリテーションする」などのインストラクターとしての基礎を学ぶ専用トレーニングを受講いただきます。

その後、Salesforce認定トレーニングを受講し、「Salesforce認定アドミニストレーター」や「Marketing Cloud」などの資格取得を目指していただきます。

約1年後の登壇デビューを想定しており、先輩講師のアシスタント業務を通じて、じっくりスキルを習得していただける体制です。現在Salesforceに関する知識がなくてもご安心ください。

求める人物像・資格

  • 必須要件

システム開発のご経験

※Webアプリケーションや業務システムなど、開発対象は不問です。

※使用言語は不問です。

※要件定義、設計、実装、テストなど、いずれかの工程に携わった経験をお持ちの方を想定しています。

※トレーナー・講師経験は不問です。入社後の研修を通じて、指導スキルを習得いただけます。

※Salesforceの経験は不問です。入社後の研修で学んでいただけますので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

  • 歓迎要件

・オープン系言語を使ったシステム開発経験が5年以上ある方

・Oracle等のDB系の資格

・Java等の開発系の資格 JavaやC#、Javascriptの知識

・トレーナーとしてのご経験

・明るく、人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方

・人を助けることにやりがいを感じる方

・新しい技術を習得するのが好きな方

  • これまでに活躍されている方の例

・30〜40代の方が多く活躍中です。

・国籍は問いませんが、日本語での業務遂行に支障のないレベル(ネイティブレベル)の方

・他社ベンダー(例:Oracleなど)でのトレーニング講師経験がある方

・情報系専門学校や職業訓練校などで教員をされていた方

・JavaやC#などのプログラミング言語、またはITインフラなどに関する研修・講師経験をお持ちの方

09:00〜18:00

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

休憩時間:1時間

残業時間:月10時間程度

フレックスタイム:あり(コアタイム 11:00 - 15:00)

※管理監督者勤務となる場合はフレックスタイム制ではございません。
