【業務詳細】
移転・改装プロジェクトのマネジメントがメイン業務です。
1.顧客企業の働き方に関する調査・分析/経営戦略分析
2.分析を踏まえたオフィスデザインの企画・提案
3.コンサルティングをしながらデザイン・スケジュールの確定
4.プロジェクト予算・スケジュール及び品質の管理・進捗管理全般
5.竣工・受け渡し
【受注~竣工期間:半年~1年】【プロジェクト件数:3~5件】
他にも
顧客オフィスメンテナンスや工事関係者の手配、各工事会社見積金額調整、ビルオーナーとの交渉及び関係各省庁との折衝の業務も担っていただきます。
【英語使用の機会】
弊社のクライアントの7割が外資系企業。
クライアント企業の本社がある海外のファシリティ部門と打ち合わせをする場面も多く、英語力を活かして働いていただけます。
