仕事内容:
公共施設の指定管理者として、コミュニティセンターの管理運営を行います。
●諸室体育館の貸し出し、受付対応
●利用者対応・接客
●公的な報告書等の文書作成。行政への報告と折衝
●地域活性化のための自主事業の企画・運営・渉外折衝
●設備・清掃担当と協力して施設の維持管理
●スタッフの労務管理の一部
これらを所長やスタッフと協力して行います。

勤務時間・曜日:
①8:30~17:30
②12:15~21:15/12:30~21:30
※②は夜間管理者が勤務できない場合のみ。
※出勤日はシフト制(基本週休二日制ですが、イベントなど事業開催時はこの限りではありません)。月9日の休日。
休暇・休日:
●年間休日:108日(その他に、夏季休暇3日・年始年末休暇6日あり)
●休日:9日/月(基本週休2日だが、自主事業(イベント)開催時はこの限りではない)
●勤務形態:シフト制(土・日・祝祭日も営業するため)
勤務地:
●穴川コミュニティセンターで研修後、千葉市内のコミュニティセンターで勤務。
●敷地内前面禁煙
アクセス:
●最寄り駅:千葉都市モノレール 穴川駅(徒歩8分)
●最寄り駅:JR 稲毛駅(徒歩20分、バス10分)
●穴川コミュニティセンターは車通勤不可(他のセンターはセンター毎の規定による)
給与:
●給与の内訳:基本給220,000円〔契約期間(3ヶ月)後、有期契約(1年)又は無期契約締結時に職務給手当10,000円/月を支給〕
●固定残業代:なし
●通勤手当:実費支給(上限なし)
●賃金支払日:月末締め、翌月20日払い
●昇給:あり/5,000円(前年度実績)
●賞与:あり(年2回)/賞与月数: 計2.00か月分(前年度実績)
待遇・福利厚生:
●制服の貸与あり(ポロシャツ、ブルゾン)
●雇用期間の定め:3ヶ月(3ヶ月後に、双方合意の下で有期契約(1年)又は無期契約を締結)
●定年制:あり(満65歳)
