金融×テクノロジー】fintech企業の経理財務

仕事内容:

決済システムの開発、導入支援など、決済関連サービスを総合的に提供するfintechのベンチャー企業です。この度、経理財務のコアメンバーとなる方を募集いたします

30~40代がメインで活躍する職場で、残業はほぼございません。ほぼ全員が定時上がりで、オンオフしっかりした働き方が可能です。

伝票起票から月次決算・年次決算申告まで、幅広い業務をお任せ。会計事務所などでの勤務経験者は優遇いたします。

仕事内容

  • 月次、年次決算業務(国内外グループ会社含む)
  • 金融機関対応(国内外)
  • 資金調達、資本政策の立案と実行サポート(国内外)
  • 監査法人、税理士法人等の連携業務
  • 予算実績管理(役員報告含む)
  • 内部統制の構築、運用
  • 新規事業に伴う会計、税務面でのスキーム構築

各種会計システムへのデータ入力・管理、各種税金納付業務は、主に既存の経理スタッフが担当いたします。

海外法人の業務も担当範囲となりますので、海外の関係会社・銀行と英語でのメール応対もございます。(翻訳ツールを使用し、メール作成が可能な程度。既存の経理スタッフが英語対応可能ですので、ご安心ください)

マネーフォワード、QUICKBOOKS、ネットバンキング、e-tax使用

グループ会社あり

グループ会社間での債権債務管理が重要となります。連結決算は行っておらず各自単体決算。現状すべてのグループ会社の決算申告は日本法人担当者が担当いたします。

求める人材:

必須

  • 簿記2級保有
  • 決算業務3年以上(お一人で完結できる方)
  • 会計スキル(特に非上場会社での記帳経験)

歓迎

  • 会計事務所、税理士事務所、監査法人勤務経験者(5年以上)
  • 中小企業もしくはスタートアップ企業での会計・財務・税務経験(5年以上)
  • 管理職・チームリーダーとしてのマネジメント経験
  • メールや電話での英語対応
  • 税務や国際取引、資金調達に関する知識・実務経験者 優遇
  • 公認会計士、税理士資格お持ちの方 優遇

勤務時間・曜日:

平日9:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

一般的に8時間労働が多いですが、当社は嬉しい7時間労働でワークライフバランスの改善に取り組んでいます

休暇・休日:

  • 年間休日120日以上
  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)
  • 年末年始、夏季、GW休暇
  • 年次有給休暇10日付与(法定通り)
  • 特別休暇(病気休暇、健診休暇など。諸条件あり)

勤務地:

東京タワーが目の前のオフィスで、窓からは東京タワーが見渡せます。8階建てなので、大きな商業施設のように無駄な移動やエレベーター待ちもありません

ビル内にフィットネスジム、ゴルフ練習場、美容クリニックがあり、徒歩圏内に流行のプライベートサウナ、ボクシングジム、カフェ、バーなど、アフターファイブを充実させてくれる施設が揃っています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥375,000 〜 ¥665,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥77,000〜¥130,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収450万円〜800万円

月給375,000円~665,000円(経験やスキルを考慮し、決定いたします。)
