■仕事内容 ★未経験歓迎★

・大手製鉄所内で重機を操縦し、スラグという金属を溶融し精錬する時に出る、非金属性のかすを運搬・集積していただきます。

■入社後の業務イメージ

・入社後1週間は座学で構内ルールなどの作業ルールを学んでいただきます。

・その後2日~4日講習を受講いただき、重機操縦の免許を取得いただきます。

・免許取得後は、早速、重機操縦開始です(独り立ちするまで先輩社員が丁寧に教えます)

■1日のスケジュール

【昼勤務の場合】

7:00 出社

7:30~8:00 ミーティングで一日の動きを確認します。

8:00~12:00 運転開始

12:00~13:00 休憩

13:00~終業 運転再開

【夜間勤務の場合※試用期間中は昼勤務のみ】

23:00 出社

23:30~23:45 ミーティング・点検

24:00 運転業務開始

2:45~3:45 休憩

5:45~7:00 運転業務終了・片付け等

※休憩は適宜取っていただくことになります。

■操縦していただく重機について

最初は簡単なものから…というあなた向けなのは「ホイルローダー」操縦方法が覚えやすく、どなたでも始めやすいです

頭を使ってスリルを味わいながら…というあなた向けなのは「パワーショベル」段取りを組み、自分が操縦する重機の退路を考えながら進める必要があり機転が利くあなたにピッタリです

その他にもクレーンやダンプカーなど、ご本人の適正やキャリアに応じたものをお願いしています。

2交代制

7:00~16:00 

23:00~7:00

※試用期間中は昼勤のみ

※給与は日給月給制です。

月23日勤務の場合、300,000円程度になります(※残業手当・諸手当含む)
