娯楽を人々の生活に欠かせないものにするため、

「カラオケにとどまらない体験の提供」に向け、進行中の新規事業の推進をお任せします。

当社では『カラオケまねきねこ』が持つ事業アセットを活用し、

カラオケ体験そのものをより楽しくしたり、カラオケ以外の体験によって新たな価値提供をしたり、

リアル・デジタル問わず幅広い事業開発が行われています。

全国600店舗以上のカラオケ店舗およびルーム設備

カラオケ来店顧客、アプリをはじめとした各種メディア(リアル/デジタル)横断の顧客接点など。

【具体的には】

・新規事業の案件推進(企画立案-運営まで事業開発の上流から下流まで幅広く携われます)

・社外協業先との継続的なパートナーシップ構築(協業スキームも積極検討しており、様々な企業との共創に携われます)

・事業計画書の策定、数値管理(プレゼン、資料作成、市場調査など)

・各種社内手続き

【求める人材】

・新規事業やサービスの立ち上げに関わられたご経験(業界不問・自社/他社問わず)

・社内外問わず協業できるコミュニケーション能力と調整能力がある方

・BtoCサービスにおける事業開発経験

・0→1、1→10フェーズのどちらかで成功体験をお持ちの方

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
