【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
以下のどれか1つでも該当していること
・コンサルティングファームで3年以上の実務経験
・IT企業で3年以上の実務経験
・AI技術を含むテクノロジーに好奇心をもち、テクノロジーの社会実装に強い意欲があること
・お客様の課題解決に向けた熱意をもち、解決まで使命感をもってアクションしてきた経験
・数的分析能力及びロジカルシンキング
・複雑な内容を分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
【歓迎要件】
・ビジネスコンサルティング、ITコンサルティング、もしくはIT企業でのお客様の経営層への新規提案経験、コンサルテーションのデリバリー経験
・製造業・プラント・インフラ企業における実務経験
・プロジェクトもしくはチームマネジメント経験
・ディープラーニングを含む機械学習、統計解析、数理最適化、データ分析に関する知識・経験
・ITプロジェクトの要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、保守・運用の知識・経験。特にクラウド環境でのWebアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ経験等あると好ましい。
