株式会社レイヴンでのPdM(自動車メーカーのサービス企画実現および運用構築)になります。

【期待する役割】

大手自動車メーカーが構想するモビリティサービスを、実際に顧客に届けられる形へと具体化し、安定した運営体制を構築していただく役割です。

【仕事内容】

サービス企画の段階から参画し、実現可能性を検証しながら詳細な設計を行います。

その後、運営・運用体制の立ち上げを主導し、関連部門や外部パートナーと連携しながら、サービスのローンチに向けた準備を進めていきます。

サービス開始後は、お客様や販売店といった現場の声、CS部門に寄せられる意見や課題を継続的に収集・分析し、サービスの改善提案や運営方法の最適化を推進します。

現場の生の声を大切にしながら、より良いサービスへと進化させていく役割を担います。

自動車関連(MaaS、IoT、CASE)などが多く、最新の技術に触れる機会が多い環境です。

また、プライム案件として受託しているケースが多いので、上流工程から携わることができます。

<必須>

・プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験

・計画立案から進捗管理、リスク管理まで一連のプロセスを遂行できる方
