【期待する役割】

大手自動車メーカーのモビリティサービスにおけるコールセンターの業務企画・運用構築・管理・運営をお任せします。

【仕事内容】

<主な業務内容>

-オペレーションの運用設計・運用フロー構築

-データ分析に基づくオペレーションフローの改善

-AI活用を含む運用設計によるサービス向上策の提案・実行

-業務の効率化・DX化推進

-顧客データや入電状況などの指標を用いた課題抽出・改善提案

-WFM(ワークフォースマネジメント)を活用した最適な人員配置・コスト管理

・コールセンターに関する業務経験(2年以上)

勤務時間


平均所定労働時間:162時間/月

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム無)
