Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Applications L2 Operations Engineer
to support and operate
Email / ACS / IoT platforms
in a high-availability, enterprise environment.
The role involves
L2 operations, incident management, system monitoring, automation, and collaboration with development teams
, ensuring reliable 24×7 service delivery.
Technical Skills Required
- Distributed systems:

GitHub, Jenkins - Monitoring & observability:
Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana - Networking:
IPv4 / IPv6, DNS, Load Balancing - OS & Databases:
Linux, SQL / NoSQL - Telecom basics:
4G, 5G, RAN, Core Networks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
Level 2 support
for
Email / ACS / IoT products
. - Troubleshoot issues related to
HTTP(S), SMTP, SOAP/XML
and similar protocols. - Act as
SME
for
Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration & Ticket Management
. - Monitor system health using
alerts, alarms, KPIs, metrics
, and utilization data. - Perform
root cause analysis
and lead
post-incident reviews (post-mortems)
. - Ensure
24×7 availability
across Dev, QA, and Production environments. - Collaborate with
development teams
on feature design, reviews, and deployment. - Work with internal teams, partners, and vendors on escalations and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain
automation, CI/CD pipelines
, and operational tooling. - Maintain
technical documentation
to improve operational efficiency. - Participate in
on-call rotation
and support during off-hours as needed.
Mandatory Skills:-
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as Kubernetes, Cloud, CPE, and others.
