今回、マーケティング施策の推進力を担うWEBマーケターを募集しており、
Googleアナリティクスやヒートマップツールを用いたサイト分析、
Google広告のPDCA管理などを担当していただきます。
少数精鋭のマーケティングチームの一員として、裁量のある環境でPDCAを高速で回し、
IPO準備中の企業の成長に貢献できるポジションです。
【具体的には】
・ Googleアナリティクスやヒートマップツールを活用した自社サイトの分析
・ 分析結果に基づくマーケティング施策(キャンペーンの実施/LP制作など)の立案・実行
・ 社内で運用しているGoogle広告のPDCA管理・改善提案
・ 新規サイトの立ち上げ
【求める人材】
・ Googleアナリティクスやヒートマップツールを用いたサイト分析の3年程度の実務経験
・ 分析結果もとにした改善提案や、キャンペーンなどの販売施策の3年程度の推進経験
・ Google広告の1年程度の運用経験
【歓迎】
・ 組織を横断したPJでの業務遂行経験
・ CRMを用いたデータ分析経験
【給与】
年収700~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
