  • スクール・協会運営がメイン業務
  • 映画の葬儀監修も務める急成長中の

【仕事内容】

当社が運営する専門スクール、

協会の運営を中心にお任せします。

生徒さんや受講者、講師の方々と

日々コミュニケーションを取りながら、

学びの場が円滑に進むよう支える役割です。

  • おくりびとアカデミー(スクール運営)

映画『おくりびと』で知られる「納棺師」を

育成する、国内唯一の専門スクールです。

・ オープンキャンパス対応

・ 授業備品準備

・ 生徒、講師連絡

・ 各種問い合わせ対応

  • 生徒さんと近い距離で関わり、

  • 終活カウンセラー協会(協会運営)

「終活」の普及を通じて、超高齢社会でも

エンディング事業課のメンバーは、

現在4名体制で、管理部の一部門として

機能しています。

その他、本社で一緒に働く管理部には

20名在籍しており、20-30代のメンバーが

多数在籍しています。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

  • 9:00~18:00

  • 実働8時間/ 休憩1時間

  • 時差出勤制度を導入しており、8:00以降9:00までの任意の時間に出社しその分早めに退社いただくことが可能です。
  • 残業月平均10時間以下 ※定時退勤が基本です。

給与詳細

基本給:月給 22万円 〜
