仕事内容:

【業務内容】

・らーめん店「AFURI」「ZUND-BAR」の味をつくるセントラルキッチンでの調理業務

・国内17店舗分のスープや具材を1日約7000食~1万食作成

【具体的な作業】

・スープやチャーシューの仕込み(国産素材の下処理や計量、刻み作業など)

・タレやトッピング約20種類の調理・加工、在庫管理

・食材の真空パック詰めと発注

【長期的には】

・スタッフのシフト管理やマネジメント、採用面接も担当

・季節限定メニューの考案も可能

勤務時間・曜日:

06:00〜22:00の間、シフト制(実働8時間、休憩60分)、月8〜10の公休(週休2日制)、夏季休暇2日、冬季休暇2日、リフレッシュ休暇4日、年次有給休暇(10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)

※原則屋内禁煙

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,100(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

昇給年1回 能力に応じて、賞与年2回 業績連動支給、社会保険完備、まかない、制服貸与、管理者手当、住宅手当、家族手当、引越手当、教育制度(グローイングアカデミー受講無料)、社割(ECshop30%OFF)、禁煙
