Role Description既存の監視・運用を理解した上で、監視プロセスの自動化・効率化・標準化を推進する案件メンバーとしてご参画いただきます。レガシーな技術スタック(VBScript、JP1、PowerShell 等)を含む現行環境において、既存仕様やログ、ジョブ定義を読み解きながら、「人が行っている運用をどのように自動化・仕組み化するか」を設計・実装していく役割です。
なお、本ポジションでは日常的なシステム監視やアラート対応などの運用業務は行いません。
You will join a project team focused on automating, streamlining, and standardizing system monitoring and operational processes. The goal is to reduce manual work by understanding existing operations and turning them into reliable, automated workflows.
The environment includes legacy technologies such as VBScript, JP1, and PowerShell, so curiosity and the ability to investigate existing specifications, logs, and job definitions are essential.
This role is NOT responsible for day-to-day system monitoring or alert handling.Responsibilities
現行の監視・運用フローの整理・可視化
監視業務に関わる作業手順・判断ポイントのドキュメント化
既存スクリプト・ジョブ定義・ログの調査・解析
監視・通知プロセスの自動化設計・実装
New Relic、PagerDuty等の監視ツールの設定・改善(設計・構築寄り)
n8n、make, Slack API などを用いた通知・連携フローの自動化
Excel/スプレッドシートによるデータ整理・分析(現状把握・改善検討用)
※24/7 監視対応やアラート一次対応などの運用業務は行いません
Analyze and document current monitoring and operational workflows
Organize and standardize operational procedures and decision points
Investigate existing scripts, logs, and job definitions to understand current behavior
Design and implement monitoring and notification automation
Configure and improve monitoring tools such as New Relic and PagerDuty (design/build focus)
Build automated workflows using n8n, Slack API, and related tools
Use Excel / Google Sheets for basic data analysis and visualization to support improvement initiatives
Note:
This role does not include 24/7 monitoring, alert triage, or operational shift work.
Required Skills & Experience
システム運用・監視・ジョブ管理に関する基礎知識(実運用経験があると尚可)
業務フローや作業手順を整理し、ドキュメント化できる能力
Excel/Google スプレッドシートによる基本的なデータ集計スキル
VBScript、JP1、PowerShell など既存技術スタックに抵抗がない方
仕様を自分で調査しながらログやジョブ定義を読み解ける能力
監視・運用ツールに関する知識(New Relic、PagerDuty、n8n、make, Slack API等)
Basic knowledge of system operations, monitoring, and job scheduling
Ability to organize business workflows and create clear documentation
Basic data aggregation and analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets
Comfortable working with legacy technologies such as VBScript, JP1, and PowerShell
Able to investigate specifications independently and interpret logs and job definitions
Knowledge or hands-on experience with monitoring and automation tools: New Relic, PagerDuty, n8n, make, Slack API, etc.
Experience working in a Japanese business environment, with the ability to read, speak, and understand Japanese in professional settings (JLPT N2 level or equivalent).
