仕事内容:
【業務内容】
社内各部署で個別に行われている定型業務を効率化するため、Pythonを用いた業務自動化ツールの開発を担当します。
Excel作業やファイル処理、データ連携などを中心に、現場担当者の要望を反映しながらツール化を進めます。
運用を見据えた保守性の高い実装が求められます。
・Pythonによる業務自動化スクリプトの設計・開発
・Excel、CSV、社内システム間のデータ連携処理
・既存ツールの改修および運用サポート

求める人材:
【必須スキル】
・Pythonでの開発経験4年以上
・Excel操作(openpyxl、pandas等)の実務経験
・業務要件を理解しながら実装できる方
・自走して作業ができ、週2〜3日出社できる方
【尚可スキル】
・RPAや業務自動化の経験
・簡単なWebツール(Flask等)の開発経験
・Windows環境での運用スクリプト作成経験
勤務時間・曜日:
平日週5日8時間
稼働時間:9時〜18時(就業先による)
休暇・休日:
・完全週休二日制(土日祝)
