仕事内容
- 業務内容:
大手重工業メーカーにて、当社請負チームのメンバーとして、産業用ロボットの老朽更新に向けたオプション再設計及び現状調査対応・プロジェクトマネジメント業務に携わっていただきます。
上流工程から下流まで裁量ある環境で改善提案ができ、技術とプロジェクトマネジメントの両軸で成長できます。
- 具体的には:
ウェハ搬送用クリーンロボットや双腕スカラロボット、医療向けロボットが対象製品となります。
- 老朽更新に伴う、既存機の性能維持と保全性向上を目的にオプション再設計
- 設計前には導入済みロボットの現状調査を実施し、劣化部位やリスク要因を抽出
- 調査結果を踏まえ、代替部品や新機能の選定、安全規格適合の確認を進める
- 営業や商社からの仕様検討問い合わせに技術窓口として対応
- 用途、環境、清浄度、搬送対象の条件を整理し、最適案を提示
- 機構設計はCATIA V5で行い、干渉検証と強度検討、組立性の改善提案を実施
- 制御面では三菱電機製PLCにて入出力設計、シーケンス改修、試運転支援を実施
- 品質面では変更管理、FMEAの実施、トレーサビリティの整備を担当

【仕事内容補足】
具体的な業務説明の続き:
- プロジェクトマネジメントとして、工程計画、コスト管理、関係者調整を一貫して担当
- 必要に応じて請負プロジェクトの進捗管理やベンダーコントロールも対応
- 顧客先でのテストや立会い、仕様変更の合意形成を推進
- 長期的には更新標準の整備、再利用可能な設計資産の展開に携わる
