【配属先部署について】


部署:環境事業部 環境システム制御部 電気設計第一課

メンバー構成:14名(部全体:48名/20代~60代)

環境システム制御部は、クボタの環境事業における電気部門として、水処理・ポンプ・焼却・リサイクルなど各種プラントの電気領域を専門に扱う部門です。

プラントの電気設計や機械装置の制御盤設計などの案件対応、KSIS(水環境分野のIoTソリューションシステム)に関わる技術開発に取り組んでいます。幅広い電気技術者が集まり、複雑で多様なプラントを支える"電気の専門集団"として機能しています。

水と環境を守る、プラント電気設計のプロフェッショナルへ


上下水道、ポンプ場、焼却・リサイクル設備―― これらは社会にとって欠かせない"命を支えるインフラ"です。 クボタの水環境事業は、こうした社会基盤を支える大規模プラントに、技術と信頼で向き合ってきました。 近年、PPP方式の案件が急増し、従来より広範囲・高度な電気設計が求められています。電気設備設計の経験を活かし、新領域に挑戦していただける仲間を募集します。

【具体的な仕事内容】


プラント(上下水道施設やポンプ設備など)の電気に関わる受注前の計画設計から、受注後の実施設計までを担当していただきます。

業務範囲は、高圧受電設備からプラントを動かす制御盤や監視設備、自家発電などの電気設備のほか、計装機器や電気工事設計までと幅広く、電気設備全般の設計に携わっていただきます。

また、お客様や協力会社との協議、現場立ち合い等も必要なポイントで行っていただきます。

<入社後の業務イメージ>

・入社後、案件の副担当として先輩のフォローを受けながら業務を覚えていただきます。

・机上の設計だけでなく、現場や協力会社に出張して製品理解を深めます。

・案件毎に受注内容が異なるため、OJT研修にて技術を習得いただきます。

・計画設計では、技術部門と技術検討を行い図面作成やコスト試算を行います。

・実施設計では、発注仕様書に基づき電気設備・電気工事・計装の設計、検査、試運転まで担当します。

<仕事の進め方>

計画設計(受注前の設計業務)

・営業部門からの応札情報をもとに設計を開始します。

・技術部門と内容を詰め、課題を課内で協議し設計に反映します。

・設計内容に応じて社内積算又は協力会社に見積依頼し原価を算出します。

※入社後すぐではなく、実施設計の経験を積んだ後に段階的に担当します。

  • 実施設計(受注後の設計業務)

・営業部門からの受注情報をもとに設計を開始します。

・案件は機械設計担当とペアで進め、課内で情報を共有して互いにサポートします。

・お客様打ち合せに参加し、仕様を確定して設計に反映させます。

・購入仕様書を発行し、調達部門が協力会社を決めたら詳細設計に移り、承諾後製作します。

・製品検査はCS部門と行い、搬入後電気工事を終えたら、試運転に立ち会います。

※担当案件数は、大小平均して年間10件程度です。

短期から長期まで様々な規模の案件に携われます。

電気設計は"プラント全体"に関わるため、社内のさまざまな技術部門と協働します。

・技術統括部門(プラント全体の技術を統括)

・調達部門(協力会社・外注メーカーの選定)

・建設部門(現場工事の管理・施工)

・CS部門(製品検査・試運転を担当)

【入社後のキャリアパス】


部内他課への異動の可能性がありますが、まずは電気設計第一課で電気専門性を磨きつつ、以下のキャリアを描けます。(入社5年目以降のイメージです)

・実施設計の経験を積んだのち、計画設計業務にステップアップ(目安:2~3年)

・焼却・リサイクルなど他プラントの電気設計にも関与可能

・技術リーダーとして若手育成や大型案件の主担当へ

体制強化(増員)

昨今増加しているPPP案件や受注案件を対応する人員が不足しているため、人員を強化するため募集します。

また、PPP案件は従来重電メーカーが担ってきた受変電や広範囲の電気設計を機械メーカーである弊社が担当するため、高圧盤や低圧盤、発電機、コントローラ、計装、電気工事など幅広い知識と経験のある中途採用者を必要としています。

求める経験・スキル


【学歴】

高専卒以上

【必須】

・公共プラントの計画設計や実施設計の経験

【歓迎】

・第三種電気主任技術者、1級電気工事施工管理技士、技術士

・上下水道における電気工事の施工管理経験

・ネットワークやIoT構築の知識・経験

・Auto-CAD

関係部門や外部ベンダー、お客様と円滑な交渉ができる方や盤図面や電気工事図面が読める方など少しでもご経験がマッチすればご応募ください。
