Your new role
Business Partnering and Financial Analysis
Provide financial expertise to Commercial and Supply Chain teams on revenue growth management, trade terms, product flow, and COGS
Support processes such as SKU registration, transfer pricing, tax and duties, and distribution costs
Leverage BI tools to produce monthly financial analysis and performance insights
Financial Reporting and Planning
Support financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities, including rolling forecasts and monthly P&L reviews.
Prepare consolidated narratives for reporting decks and contribute to ad-hoc analysis
Assist in submitting financial data (volume, P&L) to local and regional management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other departments as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Education & Language Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Background & Experience
2+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
Prior experience in a multinational corporation or overseas (work/study) required
Key Competencies & Skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Solid finance expertise, especially in P&L
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP and BI tools
Effective communicator in both Japanese and multicultural environments
Desired Skills and Experience
