「建設現場を魅力ある職場に」 私たちはこのミッションを掲げ、重層下請構造やIT化の遅れといった建設業界の構造的課題を、テクノロジーの力で解決することに挑戦しています。現在、私たちが展開するマッチングサービスは、職人や協力会社の新たな出会いを生み出し、能力のある人が正しく評価される世界を形にしつつあります。 そして今、私たちはさらなる成長の鍵を握る最重要戦略として、「大阪支店の立ち上げ」を始動します。 関西エリアは、日本を代表する大手ゼネコンやサブコンが数多く本社を置く、建設業界の心臓部の一つです。この地に拠点を構えることは、単なる拠点拡大を意味しません。関西の有力企業への積極的なアプローチを通じ、全国各地の工事会社へくまなくリーチするネットワークを完成させる。それは、日本中の建設現場の在り方を変えるための「最後にして最大のピース」を埋める挑戦です。 今回募集するのは、この大阪拠点のゼロからの立ち上げを担う責任者です。 大阪拠点の将来の責任者候補として、イチから立ち上げをともに担う仲間です。 用意された「仕組み」を回すのではなく、「仕組みそのものをつくる側」として、顧客も実績も正解もない中から仮説と検証を繰り返し、事業創造のサイクルを自らの手で回していただきます。事業づくりの「01」と、組織を拡大させる「110」を同時に経験し、経営視点と現場視点の双方を研ぎ澄ませる環境がここにはあります。 「この支店は自分がつくった」と胸を張って言える実績を、そして関西の建設業界に刻まれる新たなネットワークを、私たちと共に築き上げませんか。 サービス紹介動画 【仕事内容】 経営管理・FP&A(攻めの管理) ・中期経営計画および単年度予算の策定・ローリング ・事業部ごとの重要KPI(Unit Economics等)の設計・モニタリング ・予実分析および「数字を根拠とした」事業部への是正アクション提言 ・取締役会・経営会議の運営(アジェンダ設定、決議資料の作成、議事録作成) 財務戦略・IR(企業価値向上) ・エクイティ・ストーリーの構築、事業計画書のブラッシュアップ ・資本政策(Capital Policy)のシミュレーション・管理 ・投資家/銀行向けコミュニケーション(IR/SR資料作成・面談同席) ・資金調達実務(デット・エクイティ)および流動性管理 特命案件(事業開発) ・新規事業の事業性評価・リサーチ・モデリング ・市場調査、競合分析 チームのメンバーは本部長含めて3名です。 これまでのご経験に応じて最適な業務をお任せしていく想定です。 【ミッション(入社後に果たしてほしい役割)】 ※※※※※bizdev引用※※※※※ ・組織横断のプロジェクト推進 ・建設業界の構造課題に対する事業仮説の設計 ・協業企業・自治体とのアライアンスモデル構築 ・新規事業のPMF(プロダクト市場適合)検証 ・スケールを見越したビジネススキーム構築 【このポジションの魅力】 成長マーケットである建設DX市場で、圧倒的な事業裁量をもって業務に当たることができます。 経営直下で意思決定が速く、仮説〜実装まで短いサイクルで回せます。 「産業 × 社会課題」ドメインでESG / 公共性が高く、官公庁とも連携できる希少な経験を積むことができます。 事業づくりの"フルスタック"を経験し実績にすることができます。 財務視点だけでなく、マーケ・セールス・CS・法務・財務など、事業全体設計に踏み込めます。 【仕事のやりがい】 ・「社会が変わる瞬間」を事業を通して実感できる ・官公庁 × 大企業 × テック という希少性の高い経験 ・産業課題レベルのインパクトを出せる
必須スキル
・事業会社での経営企画、事業企画、または新規事業立ち上げの経験 or 投資銀行、FAS(ファイナンシャルアドバイザリー)、戦略/総合コンサルティングファームでのアナリスト・アソシエイト経験 ・財務三表(PL/BS/CF)の基礎知識(読み解きができるレベル) ・高度なドキュメンテーション能力(Excelでのモデリング、PowerPointでの経営層向け資料作成)

【勤務時間】 フレックスタイム制 ・標準勤務時間 10:00~19:00 ・コアタイム 10:00~15:00 所定労働時間は所定労働日数×8時間。1ヶ月単位での労働時間を換算する マンスリーフレックスのなかで、柔軟に調整いただけます 全社の平均残業時間は月15時間程度です。 午前中に集中して業務を進め午後は早めに退社するなど、柔軟に働くことが可能です。 【休日/休暇】 ・年間休日122日 土日、祝日、夏季休日(7月-9月に任意の3日間)、年末年始 ・年次有給休暇(入社6ヶ月経過後10日) ・特別休暇
