COATING labの企画チームを支える【企画アシスタント】のお仕事です。

いきなり企画を考えることはありませんので、未経験の方もご安心ください◎

「企画に興味はあるけど、経験がない…」

そんな方でも、資料作成やリサーチなどのサポート業務からスタートし、

少しずつ企画の仕事に関わっていける環境です。

COATING labでは、

コーティング事業やE-BIKEケアをより多くの人に届けるため、

新商品・新サービスの企画やプロモーションを行っています。

先輩と一緒に進めるので、

未経験からでも"企画に関わる仕事"にチャレンジできます

■ 具体的なお仕事内容 ■

・市場リサーチ、簡単なデータ収集

・企画資料の作成サポート

・SNSやイベントのキャンペーン企画補助

・打ち合わせの同席、議事録作成

・スケジュール管理、進行サポート

※まずはできる業務からお任せします

※徐々にアイデア出しや企画立案にも挑戦可能

・社内外とのメール・チャット対応はすべて日本語のため、ビジネスレベルの日本語スキルが必要です

・※長期キャリア形成を目的とした募集のため、35歳未満の方を対象としています(雇用対策法施行規則第1条の3第1項第3号に基づく)

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00-19:00

実労8H/休憩1H

月平均残業時間:10時間以下

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)、年間休日120日以上

有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

夏季・年末年始休暇あり

趣味・ライブ・旅行などの予定に合わせて希望休も柔軟対応◎

プライベートの時間もちゃんと楽しめるように、業務効率も重視

転勤なし

アクセス:

各路線渋谷駅から徒歩5分

給与:

月給:25万円〜38万円(スキル・経験に応じて決定)

・昇給:年2回(成長スピードに合わせて柔軟に評価)

・賞与:業績連動で支給あり

・試用期間:3ヶ月(給与・条件に変更なし)
