【業務内容】
クリニックにて、外来患者さまの症状改善と生活動作の向上を目的としたリハビリを担当します。
急性・慢性の痛みに対する評価、運動療法、姿勢指導、ストレッチなどを行い、再発予防のためのセルフケア指導も実施。
症状を一時的に軽くするだけでなく、「普段の動きの癖」や「生活習慣」まで踏まえたアプローチで、患者さまが無理なく改善を続けられるようサポートします。
医師・看護師との距離も近く、診察とリハがスムーズに連携できる働きやすい環境です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・カルテ確認(当日の症状・課題を整理)
9:00 午前外来(評価・運動療法・姿勢改善指導)
12:30 休憩
14:30 午後外来(生活動作チェック・セルフケア提案)
16:30 患者経過の共有・医師と情報交換
17:30 記録・翌日準備
18:00 退勤
