ソリューションアーキテクトには既存及び新規クライアントの抱える顕在・潜在的課題を技術的な観点から的確に捉え、最適なアドビソリューション・コンサルティングサービスを提案・販売いただきます。社内関係部署と密な連携をしながら提案書やプロジェクトスコープ/成果物、必要なリソース算出やスケジューリングなどを行う為、高いコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップが求められます。
【業務内容】
担当するアカウントチーム(ライセンス営業、コンサルタント、CSM、コンサルタントのデリバリーマネージャーなど)と連携しながらセールスメンバーをサポート。新規、既存顧客を対象に、コンサルティングサービスの提案、プロジェクトプラン・リソースプランの策定、フィジビリティ確認を中心に担っていただきます。

・プロフェッショナルサービス営業チームと連携し、お客様のビジネスおよび技術的な発見を行う
・お客様が目的を達成できるよう、適格なソリューション、アーキテクチャ、ユースケースを策定し、問題解決に寄与する提案を作成する
・エグゼクティブレベルの顧客に対して提案活動を行う

• コンテンツ・クリエイティブ制作やディレクション業務の従事経験
• Ecommerce / ウェブアプリケーション開発経験 (歓迎スキル)
