「【東京】オペレーションマネージャー◆フルフレックス」のポジションの求人です

【具体的な業務内容】

■組織内の複数部門における新規機器販売注文の処理

■新規顧客発注書および契約書の確認(許容可能な条件・条項の確保)

■請求書発行および注文修正・クレジットノート処理

■海外製造・物流チームと直接連携し、正確な注文実行と納品を確保

■顧客への注文確認、進捗状況更新、情報提供をタイムリーかつプロフェッショナルな方法で実施

■地域営業技術者との連携により、信頼と敬意に基づく専門的な関係構築

■営業電話・文書対応の処理、緊急課題の営業担当者・管理職への通報

■組織の業界特性、独自のビジネス目標・ニーズに対する深い理解の構築

■チームメンバーへのサポートと相互カバーを提供し、部門のダウンタイムを最小限に抑える

■正確な顧客記録を維持し、データの永続的な完全性を確保する

■部門横断的な内部リソースを調整し、顧客の成功を保証する

※可能な限り最高の顧客体験を提供し、企業アカウントにおける将来の成長を確固たるものにする

※随時、アジア地域にERPの導入を行ったのちには、上記のようなことを統括して行うこと

【募集背景】

新設ポジション

現在セールスとサービス部の両方に受注処理を行う部隊があり、業務が分散している状態です。そのためそこから該当部隊を独立させ、業務を集約し、プロセス・オペレーションを一から作り直し・統括しようとしております。

【配属先】

Sales/ Service Enablement Team

※レポートラインは社長となります。

※10名程をマネジメントすることになります。

(セールス・サービス部隊のマネージャーの上に就くイメージです。)

■今後Syteline(弊社ERP)を駆使し、オーダー業務の平準化と、今まで、見積作成、受注処理、オーダー入力、請求業務が部門・担当者ごとに分散していたオペレーションを統一化し、プロセスを構築するチームです。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■Oracle/CRM/SAP/Syteline/Sales Logixベースのソフトウェアを5年以上使用した経験

■カスタマーサービスおよび顧客関係管理における5年以上の経験

■業務効率化プロジェクト経験

■英語でのCommunication能力

※本社との折衝・交渉ができるレベルの英語力

【歓迎要件】

・技術、設備製造、または科学計測機器業界における5年以上の経験

・マーケティング経験

・外資系企業での営業チームマネジメント経験

・アジア地区での販売店マネジメント経験

【給与】

年収 1000 ~ 1200 万円

月額基本給:70万円 ~83万円

賞与:業績(会社・個人)に応じて支給 OnTargetの場合、基本年収の20%)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
