仕事内容


ドイツを拠点とするクルーズ船が東京国際クルーズターミナルへ寄港し、

乗船客が各種寄港地観光ツアーへ出発します。

その際の乗船客からのお問い合わせが主に電話で入りますので、その対応をドイツ語でご担当いただきます。

問い合わせの多くがドイツ人のお客様のため、ドイツ語でご案内をお願い致します。

ドイツ語がビジネスレベル以上の方が募集対象です。

【業務内容】東京国際クルーズターミナル内にてドイツ語にてお客様からの電話対応

※状況によっては対面でご対応をお願いする可能性もございます。

【勤務場所】東京国際クルーズターミナル(お台場)

【時給】2,500円(交通費全額支給)

【服装】現時点ではオフィスカジュアルでOKですがスーツの可能性あり

※時間は変動になる可能性大。

日程は以下の3日間となります。

この期間なるべく全日程勤務可能な方にご協力をお願いいたします。

※天候等の影響で日時が変更になる可能性がございますので、

勤務日変更に柔軟にご対応いただける方を希望します。
