Facilities Coordinator | Horikawacho Saiwai-ku Kawasaki, Japan, | Full Time | 3 Million to 4.5 Million JPY per annum
Probation: 6 months from start date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional certification
- Solid experience in facilities management and building operations

- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented personality
What will your role look like?
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all facility operations run efficiently and in line with service agreements, company policies, and client expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
- Greet visitors, issue security passes, and provide excellent front-of-house service
- Handle helpdesk tickets and coordinate with the facility team for timely resolution
- Manage manpower, technical teams, housekeeping, vendors, and visitor services
- Report daily to the Facility Manager on operations, cleaning, energy management, projects, and HSE matters
- Prepare critical spares lists and review contractor practices to ensure quality work
- Ensure contractors follow site rules and projects cause minimal disruption
- Maintain ISO/EHS audit readiness and safe working conditions
- Develop and maintain operational budgets, monitor expenditure, and manage vendor invoices
- Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure labour statutory compliance requirements are met
- Supervise and train facility employees and contractors
- Generate reports on maintenance, inventory, downtime, and incidents
