受付・医療事務です。

3名で、受付、電話対応、医療事務等を行っております。

患者様の来院時におけるスムーズな対応と、快適な診療環境を提供することが求められます。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 患者様の受付と症状確認
  • 予約管理やカルテ作成
  • 電話応対や問い合わせ対応
  • 医療事務業務全般(保険請求、レセプト作成など)
  • 院内の清掃や整理整頓

チームワークを大切にし、医療スタッフと連携して業務を進めていただきます。患者様に安心してご来院いただけるよう、明るく丁寧な対応をお願いします。

・院外処方

です。

《必須条件》

明るく、丁寧な接客ができる方

月2~3回程度土曜日の勤務が出来る方

学歴不問 / 整形外科医療事務 実務未経験者可

(整形外科以外での医療事務の経験や、通信教育等含め、医療事務の基礎知識を習得されていることが望ましいです)

電子カルテ導入済みの為、基本的なPC操作(Word, Excel)ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

09:30~18:30(月・火・水・金)

実働時間:8時間/日

土曜日は9時30分~13時30分(月2~3回程度:交代制)

(第2土曜日は休診です。それ以外に1回休めます)

※診察受付終了が17時30分です。業務が終了すれば終業時間を待たずに帰れます。

(平均終了時間:18時過ぎくらい)

※月数回(概ね3~5回)程度、開錠の為の早めの出勤(9時15分頃)をお願いする場合があります。

休暇・休日:

  • 木日祝休み(完全週休2日制)
  • 年次有給休暇:10日~
  • 夏季休暇:約5日
  • 年末年始休暇:約5日

勤務地:

屋内禁煙

通勤に便利な場所に位置しています。転勤・出張はありません。

アクセス:

JR大阪駅・阪急・阪神・地下鉄各線梅田駅から徒歩5分以内

JR北新地駅から徒歩10分程度

アーケード・地下街等経由で雨の日でも濡れずに通勤出来ます。

給与:

◇ 給与改定年1回

◇ 賞与年2回(概ね給与の2ヶ月分)
