<仕事内容>

整形外科クリニックで、外来の医療事務を担当します。

これまでのご経験を活かし、落ち着いた環境で働けます。

患者様の不安にそっと寄り添う、やさしい応対を大切にしてください。

【具体的な業務】

・受付/保険証確認/ご案内

・会計/電話応対/予約対応

・レセプト点検/返戻・査定対応

・請求業務/書類の整理・管理

・電子カルテ代行入力/医師補助 など

【入社後について】

まずは入力や電話など、始めやすい業務からお願いします。

院内の流れに慣れてきたら、受付・会計・レセプトへ。先輩が近くでフォローしながら、少しずつお任せします。

【働く環境は】

平日のみの診療で、土日祝はお休みです。お盆・年末年始には、まとまったお休みもあります。

医療のお仕事では休みが合いにくいこともありますが、当院ではご家族やご友人と予定を合わせやすい環境です。

【医療法人晴琉会とは】

「地域のホームドクター」として、地域の方々の健康を支えるクリニックを目指しています。

西成区の鶴見橋商店街に本院を構え、内科・外科・放射線科、禁煙外来も診療しています。

1日100〜120名ほどが来院され、地域に根ざした医療を提供しています。

通院が難しい患者様には、在宅往診も毎日行っています。

本院の患者様を安心してご紹介できる整形外科が不足しており、昨年分院として開院することを決めました。

<必須条件>

・整形外科での医療事務経験が3年以上ある方

・明るい対応ができる方

<歓迎条件>

・患者様を想う気持ちを大切にできる方

・礼儀礼節/マナーを意識した対応ができる方

・レセプト点検/返戻・査定対応の経験がある方

・後輩指導やOJT経験がある方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

8:30~18:00/8:45~18:15

※休憩90分

※残業0~10時間見込み

【診療時間】

午前診/9:00~12:00

午後診/14:00~18:00

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:なし
