職務概要:
ビー・ブラウンエースクラップ株式会社において、企業や職場における環境(Environment)、健康(Health)、安全(Safety)を統合的に管理し、従業員の安全と健康を守り、環境への影響を最小限に抑えることを目的とします。また、グローバルおよびAPAC リージョンのサステナビリティ戦略に基づき、Japan Sustainability Country Coordinatorとして、国内での活動を推進しESGに配慮した事業運営を実現します。

- 全体的なEHS方針の策定と経営層への提言、Globalとの連携
- 本社・栃木工場の安全衛生委員会をリードし、社員のEHS認識向上、職場環境改善、事故再発防止教育を実施
- 健康管理者と共同し、従業員の健康教育や啓蒙を実施し、病気による欠勤・休職者の削減
- 労働安全衛生法、環境関連法規の遵守に関する関連活動の推進
- 栃木工場EHS担当者のサポート e.g. 栃木工場のISO14001などの環境マネジメントシステムの維持・管理
- 全社的な(本社・栃木工場・営業部門における)廃棄物管理とCO₂排出量削減の企画・運用
- 全社的な緊急時対応計画(BCP)の策定と訓練の実施

- グローバルおよびAsia Pacificのサステナビリティ戦略に基づき、国内活動方針を経営層と調整し、必要な取り組みを推進
- 関係者と協働し、サステナビリティ活動の理解促進と社内への浸透を支援
- サステナビリティ関連データの収集・分析・報告を行う
- CSRD(企業サステナビリティ報告指令)に関する社内理解の促進と対応を支援
必須条件(経験、スキル、資格など)
:
- 大学卒業または同等の経験があることが望ましい
- EHS業務経験(工場経験含む)5年以上(医療機器業界尚可)、衛生管理者資格・電気ガス、有機溶剤等の知識を幅広く有する方歓迎
- サステナビリティ関連業務経験3年以上、サステナビリティに関する基本的な概念や枠組みに対する理解(例:ESG、温室効果ガス排出、サプライチェーンにおける環境配慮など)のある方
- 社内外の多様な関係者や海外担当者と連携しながら継続的な取り組みに関わった経験、取り組みを前進させるためのコミュニケーション力と調整力
- PCスキル:Word, Excel, PowerPoint(報告書作成・データ分析・プレゼン資料作成)
- 英語力:日常会話レベル以上(グローバルとの連携に必要)
