Your new role

  • Lead sales efforts for trade finance solutions across a portfolio of Japanese and multinational corporate clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including structured and traditional trade products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Support deal implementation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in trade finance or related fields, with strong product knowledge
  • Proven ability to engage with senior-level clients and deliver tailored solutions
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese and English
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
