「筋トレが好きだけど、仕事にできるのかな…」

そんなあなたの疑問に答える1日限定の特別な体験です。

今回はこの日のために店舗を休業し、

東京で活躍するプロトレーナーを講師として招きます

最前線の知識と技術を直接学び、体験できる貴重な機会です。

  • プロトレーナーの仕事を体験

この体験は、座学だけでなく、

実際に体を動かしてプロの技術に触れてもらいます。

※このプログラムは一例です。

【午前】プロの「知識」を学ぶ

  • カウンセリング術

お客様の目標や悩みを引き出し、

信頼関係を築くためのプロの会話術を学びます。

  • トレーニングメニューの組み方

お客様一人ひとりに合わせた、

安全で効果的なメニューの作り方を解説します。

【午後】プロの「技術」を学ぶ&実践

  • 正しいフォームの指導法

お客様が怪我なく最大限の効果を得られるよう、

正確なフォーム指導技術を学びます。

  • ロールプレイング

午前中に学んだことを活かし、

トレーナー役とお客様役に分かれて実践します。

現役トレーナーが、あなたの改善点をその場でフィードバックします。

  • あなたの「なぜ?」が「わかった」に変わる一日

この体験には、フィットネス事業部の社員が多数参加します。

「仕事のやりがいは?」「入社してどんなスキルが身につく?」
