仕事内容


組込開発(コンシューマー向け家電製品) ※土日休み ※年間休日120日以上

【仕事内容】

オムロン100%出資年間休日125日定着率90%以上残業20時間以内/月

【職務概要】

同案件は組込ソフトウェア開発の担当として、担当した製品の新商品またはリニューアルに向けた開発を1からご担当いただきます。

コンシューマ向け家電製品(キッチン製品、空調製品、オーディオ、クリーナー)など商品は多岐にわたります。

【職務詳細】

・自社製品のファームウェア開発、組込ソフト開発

・担当製品のプロジェクト管理

  • 例えばキッチン家電に代表するトースターでは、実際にパンがどのように焼けるのか、食べたとき人がどう感じるのか調整を繰り返しながら開発を進めるなど、その製品を利用する消費者へ感動を届けられるような商品開発に取り組んでいただきます。

製品の機能・性能だけではなくハードウェアに近い部分やデザインも鑑み、製品の"体験価値"を設計・開発を行うため、技術力を使用したものづくりに携わることが可能です。

年収:400万~900万程度月給制:月額247000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回 ※2022年実績 3.2か月昇給:年1回

9時00分~17時30分(所定労働時間7時間45分)

【休日休暇】

完全週休2日制(土・日)/祝日/夏季休暇/年末年始/慶弔休暇/産前・産後休暇/育児・介護休暇 など 《年間休日125日》

有給休暇(入社半年経過後10日~20日程度)
