仕事内容:

UMITOの海外事業立ち上げメンバーとして、世界有数のリゾート地における販売戦略の立案から実行までを担当します。富裕層向けセールスや現地販売網の構築、マーケティング施策の企画運営を通じて、海外市場におけるUMITOブランドの確立と事業成長を推進するポジションです。

具体的な業務内容

・国内外富裕層への海外UMITO拠点の提案営業

・現地不動産仲介業者、販売代理店、資産運用会社等とのアライアンス構築

・販売説明会、セミナー、イベントの企画および運営

・現地マーケット特性を踏まえたマーケティング施策の立案、実行

・購入検討顧客への現地案内対応

必須条件

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC900点以上目安)

・海外営業経験

・海外赴任経験

・不動産業界、富裕層向けビジネス経験

・ラグジュアリーブランド、高級消費財、小売業界での実務経験

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

9:00~18:00

9:30~18:30

※実働8時間/休憩60分(選択制)

休暇・休日:

・年間休日120日以上

・完全週休2日制(土日)

・祝日

屋内原則禁煙

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥425,000 〜 ¥688,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥69,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・想定年収:680万円~1,100万円

・月給には25時間分の固定残業代(69,000円~)を含む/超過分別途支給

・賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

・昇給:年1回(7月)※業績、評価による

・試用期間:3ヶ月(条件変更なし)
