自動車業界コンサルタントとして、クライアントのグローバルトランスフォーメーション、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、テクノロジートランスフォーメョンをリードする起業家精神のあるコンサルタントを募集します。

製造業のクライアントは大きな変革局面にあり、デジタルやITを活用した社内の改革、New Technologyを梃子にした新規ビジネスの立ち上げ、M&Aによる新収益機会獲得等々の大きな改革が不可欠です。

このポジションは社内の多様な専門部隊、即ち、戦略コンサルティング、マネージメントコンサルティング、テクノロジー、アウトソーシング、デジタルを、プロデューサーとして総合的に活用し、クライアントの大きなトランスフォーメーションを企画・実行していただきます。大きなやりがいと成長機会のあるポジションです。

[PJ事例]

テクノロジーを活用した事業開発からデジタル業務改革まで、企業のみならずモビリティ業界の構造を変えるようなトランスフォーメーションのプランニングから実行支援を行っている

・自動車会社A社:自動運転LV4車両の市場ローンチ戦略策定

・自動車会社B社:EVを活用したサービス事業開発・立ち上げ支援

・通信会社C社:国内市場向け自動運転モビリティサービス開発支援

・自動車サプライヤーD社:ソフトウェア事業強化に向けた全社トランスフォーメーション 等

  • 当領域のクライアントに対するコンサルティングはもちろん、当領域の知見を活かした様々な領域のクライアントに対するコンサルティングを行っていただきます。コンサルティングといっても、所謂プロジェクトの実践に加えて、大きく2つのミッションが期待されています。

・Accenture全体の「Spearhead」として、業界全体、またはクライアントがTransformationを果たし、社会的価値・企業価値を向上するためのプランの策定を行います。その実行に際しては、Strategy & Consulting Group内にとどまらず、すべてのメンバーとCollaborationするリーダーとして活躍いただきます。
