【仕事内容】

2025年8月にNECグループから独立・創業したばかりの当社にて、経理担当としてご経験のある業務を担っていただくとともに、メンバーのマネジメントをお願いします。

<当社概要>

2025年8月、NECグループからPOS事業を引き継いで独立したPOSメーカーです。

NECのビジネス基盤を引継いでいるため、国内のPOS端末市場で高いシェアを有しています。また、NECグループの充実した福利厚生も引継いでおり、設立直後ではありますが働きやすい環境です。さらに、安定基盤を持ちながらも、専業会社として独立しているので当然ベンチャーマインドも持ち合わせており、企業の成長はもちろんですが、働く社員の成長も求められる企業風土です。

・出納管理・小口現金管理

・月次決算

・管理会計

・年次決算(単体)

・原価計算

・公認会計士監査対応

・資金調達管理

・税務申告書作成

ご経験のある業務を担っていただくとともに、メンバー(2~3名)のマネジメントとをお願いします。

・今回は新しく経理組織を立ち上げるというフェーズでもあるため、ご自身のさらなる経理スキルの向上を通じ、次のポジションにも挑戦できる職場環境です。

<組織構成>

現在、NECグループでも経理業務を担っており、社員1名、業務委託の方が複数で担当していただいておりますが、今後経理システムの導入や経理組織の拡大も計画しており、徐々に人数は増えていく見込みになります。

【年収・給与】

<予定年収>668万円~1,169万円<月給>417,500円~730,700円<昇給有無>有<残業手当>有※給与補足予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。
