仕事内容


IT資産の運用管理裁量を持って仕組みづくり/創業70年以上の老舗厨房機器メーカー/組織改革期

【仕事内容】

飲食店や福祉施設で利用される厨房機器の製造・販売で業界をリードする同社にて、IT資産の管理・運用業務全般をお任せします。組織の変革期を支える重要なポジションです。

社内ITインフラの安定稼働を支えるため、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

<具体的な業務>

  • PC管理

約1500台のPCの発注、キッティング、固定資産管理、故障対応、OS管理など、ライフサイクル全般を管理します。

  • IT資産管理

サーバーやWi-Fi、タブレットなどのIT資産の運用・保守を担当します。

  • ネットワーク管理

約100拠点のVPN運用管理やトラブル対応、回線の移設・新設・廃止などを担当します。

  • ソフトウェア管理

Office、Adobe、CAD、セキュリティソフトなど、各種ソフトウェアの管理を行います。

  • ヘルプデスク

PCやソフトウェアに関する社内からの問い合わせに対応します。

  • 業務改善

派遣スタッフの方への指示出しや、ルーチン業務の効率化・改善提案も行います。

  • 現在、属人化している業務からの脱却とシェアードサービス化を推進中です。
