業務内容

  • インテリアの内装施工管理

有名ホテルや病院、商業施設、大型ビル、

マンションなどを中心とした様々な建物の

インテリアの内装施工管理をお任せします

具体的なお仕事は以下の通りです。

・お客様(元請け業者の担当の方)や

協力会社様との打ち合わせ

・見積り業務

・現場管理(工程管理・安全管理・作業員(下請業者様)の手配)

・現場での指示、イレギュラー対応

・申請業務、書類作成など

<ご入社後は>

まずは1~3年程度を目安に、先輩社員と一緒に

現場を回り、仕事の全体像や顧客・協力会社等の

基本的なことをまなんでいきます。

いきなり一人で現場に出ていただくようなことは

絶対にありませんのでご安心下さい

<職場について>

東京タピー支店でインテリアの内装施工管理を

担当しているのは計2名(30代と40代各1名)の社員。

二人とも気さくな先輩なので、職場にもすぐに

なじめるはずですよ。

<働き方について>

無理な工期での案件を請け負うことが無いため、

業界平均と比較しても残業時間15時間と少ないのが

当社の自慢もちろん、忙しい時もありますが、

だからこそ、「休養できるときは休養する」という

メリハリを大切にしています。

※早い時は17時に終業し、そのまま帰社することなく

帰宅することもあります。

過去には東京や大阪の有名テーマパークや、

空港、大学、有名ホテル、病院、商業施設等の

建設プロジェクトにも参加。完成後は、

有名ランドマークになるような建築物が多く、

大阪装飾株式会社は1935年の設立以来、

インテリア資材や内装施工サービスといった

空間づくりの老舗企業として着実に成長してきました。

現在では

「インテリアを語り次世代の生活文化を創造する会社」

リニューアル・リフォームに必要なプラニングや

店舗設計・施工・サイン・オブジェ・デザイン、

オフィス設計・施工などの幅広いニーズにも対応。

工事の品質や仕上がりの確かさ、機動力の高さは、

大手・中堅ゼネコン様を中心とした得意先からも

高い信頼を獲得しています。

  • 残業時間は月平均15時間程度です

創業当初から「社員を大切にする」をテーマに、

働きやすい職場環境づくりにも力を入れています。

特に工事の場合、スケジュールが厳しい時は、

現場の作業員にそのしわ寄せがきたりもしますが、

当社では無理な工期で請負うことがないので、

時間に追われる心配はナシ。

さらに原則土日祝休みに、残業も月15時間程度と

ワークライフバランスの整えやすい職場なので、

仕事とプライベートを両立したい方にも
