私は札幌・東京・香港で経験を積み、2014年に『すし宮川』をオープンしました。ありがたいことに2017年には北海道ミシュランガイドで三ツ星を獲得。さらに技術を磨きたいという方には最適な環境だと思います。

仕事内容


仕込みや寿司・和食調理、カウンター内での接客業務など。

江戸前寿司は生寿司と違い、ネタを酢〆・醤油漬けする事を始め、煮物や蒸し物など様々な仕事をする技法があります。お料理の他に、このネタの仕込みの調理をお願いします。

ご経験に応じて、1つ1つ丁寧にお伝えします。

経験や能力により優遇致します

月給350,000〜450,000円

<円山公園>

エリアの中心にある広大な緑地で、春は桜の名所として賑わいます。ジョギングや散策、ピクニックなど、市民の憩いの場として親しまれています。

札幌市民に愛される動物園で、ホッキョクグマ館など見どころが多く、気軽にレジャーを楽しめる施設です。

国の天然記念物に指定されており、手つかずの自然が残されています。登山道も整備されており、気軽に自然の中でのハイキングや森林浴が楽しめます。

    • 現在20〜40代のスタッフが活躍中。営業時間は17:00〜19:15と19:30〜23:00の二部構成です
  • 優しく温厚なスタッフばかりです。
  • <スタッフの仕事負担の軽減>カウンター内は2~3名体制です。皆で仕事を分担し、チームとしてサービスを提供しています。
