Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our APAC region based in Japan. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to ensure the effective overall management and execution of client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Project tracking, gathering information, and maintaining status documentation
- Establish priorities and develop project schedules
- Troubleshoot project delivery challenges and collaborate with colleagues to address these
- Gain an in-depth familiarity with standard operating procedures/compliance requirements for Envision and clients

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrable experience in a project/account coordination role within a medical communications agency or similar environment
- Demonstrable experience of managing processes and best practice
