Job Title
Autodesk Global Product Support is seeking a highly motivated and trusted advisor to help our Enterprise Customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.
About the Role
This role involves building strong relationships with Enterprise Customers, driving Customer Success Plans, and supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Innovate, develop, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
- Maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings, and executing activities in customer success plans.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve goals identified in Customer Success Plans.
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics.
- Take a problem management approach to find opportunities for improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced design knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial buildings and facilities using Revit MEP or competitor products.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk AEC solutions, including Revit and BIM360.
- Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities.
- Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience.
- Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English language is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry in Japan.
- Understanding of BIM implementation, digitization, and strategic planning, e.g. gained in a role as BIM manager, Digitization Lead, or similar.
- Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
