【仕事内容】

◆入社後お任せする業務

※最初は先輩社員や上司の支援・伴走を受けて業務いただきます。

・顧客課題にあわせた技術検証

・顧客要望の収集と要件定義の策定

・開発ベンダーへの要件定義の伝達と各工程のレビュー

・既存業務の課題把握と改善(内部改善ツールの開発など)

・障害発生時のリカバリー対応と改善策の実行

・PJの課題管理やWBS管理

・各工程の進め方の定義や方針伝達

・要件定義~開発~テスト~リリース工程の品質管理

◆将来的にお任せしたい内容

コミュニケーションパスやドメイン知識定着後は、経験年数や実績にあわせ、段階的に以下の業務をお願いしていきます。

・3か月先の開発計画

・WBS作成と担当者の割当

・開発進捗の管理、支援

・メンバーの育成・教育およびチームビルディング

・収支改善のための主体的な改善企画

・お客様への提案やプレゼンテーション

【求める人材】

・5名以上のPJでのPM経験(1年以上)がある

【歓迎】

・得意な言語(Python・Java・C言語など)が1つ以上あり、ソースコードレビューができる

【給与】

年収650~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
