【職務内容】
ご入社後は、ご経験および適正を踏まえ、以下いずれかの業務をご担当いただきます。
1.新規事業創出活動
営業や企画、操業、技術開発、事業運営などビジネス資産を最大限活用し、事業化までの活動を牽引します。自らが中心となって事業化プロジェクト推進や同社グループ内の気運醸成企画の立案・実行などを行います。
2.新規アイデア創造~事業構想企画
事業アイデア創造~市場調査~事業化企画といった一連のプロセスを実践します。最初の1年は、事業開発部員および外部コンサルタントによる支援を受けながら知識と経験を蓄積し、2年目以降に独り立ちすることを目指します。

専門コンサル指導のもとで新規事業創出事務局(新規事業創出のエキスパート)の教育を受けることができます。将来的には事業開発部で継続的に新たな事業創出を担うか、事業化した案件の組織長を担当する可能性があります。
■新規アイデア創造~事業構想企画
自ら発案したアイデアの進展に伴い、自身の役割も事業化に向けてステップアップしていきます。
※社内での職位は、他の社員と同様に業績に応じて昇進・昇格となります。

自ら発案したアイデアに関して社内外の有識者と触れ合って仮説の深掘りを行い、事業化まで一気通貫で推進できます。個性を活かしたチャレンジが繰り返しできるため、事業化検討のフェーズアップに伴い自身の役割もステップアップさせていくことができます。

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
1.新規事業創出の活動経験
■仮説検証を繰り返し、顧客にとっての本質価値を見出しながらビジネスモデルを具体化し、事業企画を作成した経験
■事業会社の事業開発部署またはコンサルティングファームでの実務経験
2.新規アイデア創造~事業構想の企画経験
■新たなビジネス創造に果敢に挑戦する意欲
■事業化に向けた調査・分析・企画に関する経験や興味
■先入観なくソーシャルニーズの仮説を創造する能力

年収 610 ~ 1120 万円
【モデル年収】
610万円/25歳・総合職(月給31.7万円+賞与)
800万円/30歳・総合職(月給37.4万円+賞与)

1,120万円/37歳・管理職(月給53.6万円+賞与)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
