当社はコールセンター会社として

生活トラブル駆け付けセンターや不動産問合せ、

商品カスタマーセンター等の対応を行っている会社です。

今回は生活トラブル駆け付け部門にて

新メンバーを募集します。

【業務内容】

コールセンターにて受電対応をお任せ。

生活トラブルでお困りのお客様からの電話対応です。

【仕事の流れ】

「水が流れない」「水漏れ」

「鍵が開かない」

など、お客様から生活のトラブルに関する電話が入ります。

マニュアルに従い

・トラブル内容

・現在地

・お客様情報

を伺います。

ヒアリングした内容を専用システムに入力

最寄りの業者を手配

イレギュラーな事態に焦っているお客様も多いので、

安心していただけるよう 明るく丁寧な対応をお願いします。

【勤務時間】

8:00~22:00の間で1日6時間~OK

  • 週3日~週5日

「日中からしっかり」「夕方から夜まで」など、

ライフスタイルに合わせた勤務開始時間もご相談ください

(シフト例)

8:00~14:00,10:00~16:00、9:00~18:00、10:00~19:00、13:00~22:00、16:00~22:00など

休日休暇


シフトにより異なる

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1400円 〜

昇給あり

給与例


《月収例》

  • 週5日、1日8時間で勤務の場合

時給1400円×週5日×1日8h

=月々22万4000円の収入。

  • 週4日、1日6時間で勤務の場合

時給1400円×週4日×1日6h

=月々13万4400円の収入。

  • 週3日、1日6時間で勤務の場合

時給1400円×週3日×1日6h

=月々10万800円の収入。

※上記月収例は月4週換算で計算した目安金額です。
