給排水・空調・換気・衛生設備工事の

施工管理業務をお任せします。

現場管理から設計・積算まで幅広く関われるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・施工図、工程表の作成

・資材・機材・人員の手配

・職人や協力会社への作業指示

・工事業者との調整・進捗管理

・費用やスケジュールの管理

・品質・安全面のチェックと対応

現場は小~中規模の案件が中心。

少しずつ業務を覚えながら、段階的に成長していけます。

管工事施工管理技士などの資格取得を目指す方には、
