  • 具体的には? -

  • 人事業務(給与計算、社会保険手続き)

  • 総務業務(会議体運営、本社施設管理、庶務業務)
  • 業務フローの見直しや改善、システム導入の推進
  • 入社後はホテル現場実習あり(数日間)

※入社後、当ホテルの概要・オペレーションを把握するためのホテル現場実習がございます

メインはルーティン業務の改善ですので、与えられた仕事の効率化、生産性向上を目指していただきます。
