部署紹介
バリュエーション・アドバイザリー& コンサルティング・サービス部門は中立的で信頼性の高い鑑定評価をタイムリーに提供し、お客様の不動産取引と不動産投資を成功に導く支援をしています。企業経営と投資判断に役立てていただける、不動産の購入・売却、 M & A や株式公開時の企業資産、さまざまなアセットタイプのポートフォリオ、担保、法定格付評価 など、多岐にわたる評価サービスを提供しています。
約 90 名のメンバーが所属しており、不動産鑑定士とコンサルタントが一丸となってお客様にサービスを提供しています。不動産業界や金融業界等さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが活躍しており、国内外のお客様をターゲットとし、英語力を生かしながら働くことも可能です。

ポジションの概要
案件担当者として顧客対応(受付)および評価・査定等の業務をお任せします。
上席の審査を受けて顧客に報告・評価書 / レポートの作成・提出も行います。
【具体的には】
・案件受託時以外における担当顧客対応
・新規顧客開拓
・不動産鑑定評価等にあたっての案件担当者(顧客・評価ともに担当)
必要とされるスキル・資格
・不動産鑑定士資格をお持ちの方
・一定の PC スキルをお持ちの方
・分析調査能力をお持ちの方
・顧客とコミュニケーションを取り良好なリレーションを維持するとともに、積極的に新規開拓を行う営業マインドをお持ちの方
・英文レポート作成、メールでのやり取り等があるため、英語での業務に興味をお持ちの方
