【障がい者採用】コーヒー豆の焙煎・加工スタッフ

仕事内容

  • 焙煎所でコーヒー豆の選別に従事していただきます。

※管理者(指導員)が常駐し、丁寧に指導いたします。

・選別業務:生豆の選別、焙煎後の豆の選別を行います。

・加工業務:焙煎後の豆を粉砕機にかけ、ドリップパック等に加工・ラッピングして出荷します。

・その他、清掃や日報作成(手書き)、それに付随する業務

※2026年2月 新規事業所開設に伴う募集です。

※施設内は空調完備感染症対策ありの清潔で安心して働ける環境です。

【作業マニュアルあり未経験でも安心】

入社後1ヶ月の研修があるため、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

作っていただいたコーヒーは多くの方に飲んでいただけるものとして活用します。

※服装は動きやすい服装でOK私服の上からエプロンを着てお仕事を行います。

※1日の作業スケジュールは管理者より説明いただけるので安心です。
